For centuries, this neighborhood has showcased historic homes with building styles that match the beauty of its natural surroundings. Today, Historic and modern farmhouses are mixed with custom-built estates, many of which enjoy multiple-acre lots.

Evergreen shrubs and plantings along with natural stone fences decorate these properties. Stretched circular driveways dress these homes finishing them in style. Many of these homes include amenities such as inground pools, outdoor living spaces, and multi-use courts. More modest homes with charming curb appeal are sprinkled throughout Silvermine.

One of this neighborhood’s beloved locations is the Silvermine Arts Center, a center that prides itself in creating a space for artists to develop and nourish their passion with Art classes and gallery exhibits.
