Colonial Charm: Single Families & Condos

Old Hill is known for showcasing homes that celebrate colonial architectural design. From updated salt boxes that maintain antiquated charm, to grand transitional colonial estates set on extended plots of land…all can be found in this area. Gated driveways and dramatic custom builds showcase modern day luxury blended with old world charm. Features of some of these homes include meticulous, rolling, well manicured lawns and gardens and luxurious inground pools. Every attention to detail for indoor and outdoor living is exhibited here. 

One unique section of this neighborhood is the area that is settled around Nash’s pond. Here, there are about two dozen exclusive homes that enjoy scenic water views. 

On the south eastern section of Old Hill, you will find newly developed condominiums. These gorgeous units overlook the Saugatuck River and are centrally located for easy access to Westport’s many upscale amenities.

Parks, Shopping, & Beaches

In anywhere from 1 to 8 minutes, residents of the Old Hill neighborhood can access the popular In-town boutique shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, markets and cafes. Westport’s Library, Levitt Pavilion, and Country Playhouse are also about the same distance. 

A little further south, residents can find Compo Beach and Longshore Club Park. Gyms and fitness centers are not far from this part of Westport. 

Old Hill is home to Westport’s Earthplace Nature Center. This precious wildlife sanctuary and learning center offers year-round programs for children, adults and families offering convenient childcare alternatives for residents of this neighborhood. 

Schools & Train Stations

The Westport train station is between about 4 and 10 minutes away by car, and the commute to Grand Central Station is around 70 minutes.

If you live in the Old Hill neighborhood, your children will likely attend Kings Highway Elementary School and Coleytown Middle School. All students in Westport go to Staples High School.
